The sound of a microphone recording as profile for Kemper, contains 7 different microphones in 2 variations, Dry and FX. Additionally you will get two studio profiles representing a blend of all microphones, balanced, filtered and mixed to taste.
Used microphones include:
- AKG C451 + CK1 capsule. A vintage model from 1989.
- Schoeps MSTC 64-style, a famous ORTF cardioid stereo-microphone with extremely defined mid-frequencies (due to limitations of the Kemper mixed in mono).
- Neumann U89i. A true vintage classic from 1990.
- AKG C414 ULS with transformer: Another vintage gem with very special tonality from 1989.
- Sennheiser MKH40. This microphone with flat-cardioid characteristic is another vintage gem from 1992.
- t.bone RB500. A very cheap but customized mike for less noise and higher output delivers the warmth of a ribbon.
- Slate Digital ML-1. With a totally flat response ideal for adding spice for owners of the Slate VMS software: Choose a classic mike and be amazed. But even without any additional software a highly interesting microfone with one of the best frequency responses on the market. Simply brilliant.
